Who We Are

Carbon Kopi is specialty coffee done right. Great coffee. Warm smiles. The best cookies you'll ever steal from your mate's plate.

Since 2019, we've been doing one thing obsessively well: creating neighbourhood specialty coffee shops where everyone feels at home. Our baristas actually want to be here (and it shows), our coffee comes from the brilliant folks at Plot Roasting, and our milk? Only the good stuff from The Estate Dairy.

Our pastries arrive fresh each morning from Lockdown Bakehouse in Wandsworth. Those cookies everyone keeps banging on about? Baked in-house daily using a top-secret family recipe we'll take to the grave. And if you haven't tried our toasties yet, you're missing out - the Chicken Pesto is legendary (and our bestseller for good reason), the New Yorker is pure indulgence, and the Caprese keeps our veggie friends very happy indeed.

We're proudly independent and obsessively picky about what goes in your cup. Our house coffee is roasted by Plot Roasting, a London roastery that shares our standards. We also rotate guest roasters throughout the year to keep things interesting and to keep our baristas on their toes. Whether you're after a perfectly pulled espresso, a silky flat white, or a single origin filter, every drink at Carbon Kopi is made with care and served by someone who actually knows what they're doing.

Apparently we're doing something right - we've been named one of London's top 10 coffee shops and top 40 in the UK, featured in Time Out and Secret London, and both our Barons Court and Fulham shops landed on Eater's best new coffee shops list in their opening years.

Both shops are designed to feel like an extension of the neighbourhood. Barons Court is the cosy original, a proper local with regulars who've become friends. Fulham is the bright younger sibling, light-filled and laid-back, with a loyal crowd of its own. Wherever you sit, expect good music, fast wifi, and zero pressure to move on.

But honestly? The bit we're most proud of is this: we've built Carbon Kopi into two spaces where you can grab a flat white, catch up with a friend, get some work done, or just exist for a while. No pretension. Just really good coffee and people who genuinely give a damn.
